Store your products in a cool, dry place to ensure peak performance. Moisture in the air can get into the bombs and salts, making them heavier, affecting (decreasing) floating and fizzing action.

How long are Scented Ambrosia products good for? Products will perform at their peak if used within 60 days.  I do not use artificial preservatives so I do not guarantee freshness of fizz or scent after 60 days

Will Scented Ambrosia products give me a yeast infection? While nothing is 100%, I have customers who were EXTREMELY skeptical at first because of their history with bath/body products negatively affecting their vaginal ph and giving them infections. I have written reviews from these same women as to how my products treated their vaginal (and skin) issues

Will the colorants stain my tub or skin? No. I only use micro amounts of micas (colorants) that do not stain skin or Tubs. (Check out videos on Scented Ambrosia’s IG page to see.)  The turmeric soaps WILL stain light colored towels.

What if USPS misplaces my package or my package is marked delivered, but it is not at my home.  You will have to file a claim with the USPS. I will no longer, as of 04/01/21, take responsibility and replace the package. I WILL help you get In Contact with the USPS to try to locate your package. Choose the shipping upgrade of ‘Priority Shipping’ at checkout to ensure your package is insured and will be replaced if lost by USPS.

Cancellations are fine as long as it’s done prior to the package being shipped. Just send me an email.

If your package is returned to me due to incorrect address or something similar, I will refund your amount paid minus the cost of shipping.

Refunds? I cannot refund you if your package has been shipped. But if there is an issue with any item, let me know ASAP
